Sorunun, inspectionsController.getInspections'in yönlendiricinizde çağrıldığı bağlamla ilgili olabileceği görünüyor.

Belki yönlendiricinize aşağıdaki değişiklikleri yapabilirsiniz, böylece getInspections, Routes örneğinizin bağlamından çağrılır - bu değişiklikler sizin için işe yarıyor mu?
