Bu, typing providesTag/invalidatesTags içinde açıklanmıştır.

POST_TAG'i tanımlarken birkaç as const bildirimi yapmanız gerekecek.

Yani const POST_TAG="foo" değil, const POST_TAG="foo" as const işe yarayacaktır. Aksi takdirde "foo" olarak değil, "string" olarak türlendirilir.
